Ordering
Sales Tax
As required by law, a sales tax of 8.75% is added to all orders shipped to Illinois addresses. 

Payment
CelebratingChildren, through our secure credit card processing service, PayPal, accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We can only accept credit card payments online. We also accept checks and money orders through the mail. We do not ship COD.

Ordering by Mail and Paying by Check or Money Order
If you would like to pay for your order by check or money order, you must mail in your order and payment. Please mail your order to: CelebratingChildren.com, PO Box 81, Eola, IL 60519-0081. Make your check or money order payable to “Stacey Montgomery.” Please include shipping according to the schedule below and sales tax if applicable.

International Orders

We can accept orders that will ship outside the US. We will contact you to let you know the additional shipping charges. We ship to APO addresses at our standard shipping rates.

Order Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive two e-mail confirmations from CelebratingChildren. First, we will confirm receipt of your order soon after ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships.

 
Order Processing + Shipping

Order Processing Time
Generally the processing time for an order is 72 hours of receipt of order and payment. See item details for estimated shipping time for each product. Unless you request otherwise, all products in an single order will ship at the same time. You will be notified of any delay in processing.Standard Shipping 
CelebratingChildren ships via FedEx Ground service. Products are shipped from our warehouses in Illinois or Southern California. Depending on where you live, transit time is between 2-7 days. Transit time is in addition to order processing time. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. Our standard shipping fees are as follows:

Overnight Shipping 
For an additional $12.00 we offer overnight shipping. Once you have placed your order, please contact us (editor@celebratingchildren.com) to arrange for overnight shipping. However, order processing time remains the same. So, selecting overnight shipping does not mean you will receive your order the next day. It means you will receive your order in one day PLUS the amount of time it takes to process your order.
Return Policy + Order Changes

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order and it is in salable condition, you may return it within 20 days of shipping. We will provide you with a refund, less shipping charges. However, we cannot accept back custom products made according to your specifications. Please contact us prior to returning an order.Changes.For custom orders, if you would like to make a change after you have placed your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to make your change. If we have started your order, but have not completed it, you will be charged for the work we already completed, If we have completed the order, we will not be able to change your selection.
