Discovering
the "Ahh!!" in Spa
by Angela Scott
Well, I did it! I finally treated myself to a
spa day. This is both a feat and pleasure for
any mom. But, when you’re a single mom living
on a budget like me, spending a day at the spa
becomes a dream come true. I went with my women’s
church ministry group for our “Girls’
Day Out” to Skin Spa in Encino, Calif. With
day spas popping up all over major cities, I passed
by 10 on one block before reaching my destination.
Obviously, somebody likes relaxing with luxurious
massages and facials.>>

One
More Thing...
Pampering Tip from Reflect.com.
A tip to create the
perfect at-home spa: For
an ultra-luxurious bath,
mix 1 gallon of warm, whole
milk into your hot water.
The lactic acid in milk
both softens and exfoliates,
so be sure to finish with
a custom body lotion to
lock in silkening moisture
and nutrients. Learn
